So lets see....
Here is my list of if you are in my house what happens to you when you do something....
What happens when you decide its more fun to sit in a chair on just 2 legs instead of the 4 it has??
If your Christopher, you fall out of the chair, flipping it over backwards into the sliding glass door. In the process you break the chair that is older than your father! Which will get you in to moderate trouble. Nothing major...more like a new spend time with dad project fixing the chair you just broke, and a lesson in using all 4 legs of the chair or standing up at the dinner table.
What happens when you pick up you little brother carry him out of your room, close the door and tell him to get out and stay out???
If your Johnathan, the door gets taken off the hinges....why??? Because it's Alexanders room to, and no matter how mad you are at Mom and Dad you can't take it out on your little brother. And you can't kick him out of his own room. So therefore the door is taken down so that you can't kick him out of his own room. The lesson learned.....don't kick someone out of the room who shares the room with you....we think...neither seem to mind the door being gone, and both think it's cool that the door is gone...
What happens when you want to hide your Go Diego Go puzzle from your older brother?? But he's bigger than you and can reach all your "good" hiding places??
If your Alexander you decided to "hide" them in a drawer. In the rush to close the drawer before Johnathan can find them you shut your fingers in the drawer. In the process mommy is both laughing at you and trying to comfort you. Lesson learned....either share with your brothers or more your fingers faster??? He was no worse for the wear, and the Go Diego Go puzzle is still hidden in the same finger smashing drawer.
So that has been what has been happening in our house the past few days. Needless to say between the rain that occurred on Friday, Saturday and the early part of Sunday that led into the snow on the late part of Sunday we've had an interesting few days. Add onto that the snow days and missed school for Monday and Tuesday and the going in late on Wednesday....Mommy was EXTREMELY grateful that everyone had school today.
Now here's hoping Michael and Christopher can actually fix the chair that Christopher broke. It was Michael's grandmother's.
Can we just say I'm ready for Spring!!!
